Fallen trees covering path

A large tree has fallen across a fence - large branches have been cut so the tree is no longer lying on the fence but the boughs have been left lying across the footpath and need to be cleared. The footpath is narrow and you have to climb over the large boughs to get past while trying to avoid barbed wire froth fence.
