The fence has not been fixed

I reported this problem on 5 September 2024 and still it has not been attended to. There were two signs attached from NCC stating you were aware and please be patient until you could get around to fixing it. I’m sure you will agree that almost six months is not really acceptable for a repair. Please can this be escalated as it is a very well used and lived walk for families. Many thanks
