Parking at junction

Everyday there are vehicles parked on both sides of the junction coming out of Windsor Terrace rendering it impossible to see pedestrians (school children), any other vehicles using the road and is an accident waiting to happen. I have on many many occasions contacted our councillor, highways dept and Hexham Council only to be told it has to go through a process for any changes. Just hope someone isn’t badly hurt before the ‘process’ decides to enforce traffic restrictions. This has been happening for years but has become very dangerous since the new Schools opened.
