Loose iron service cover

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7144091.

There is another loose services cover in road. Everytime a vehicle goes over the cover it it is very noise. This will be very irritating for the businesses in the area, but must be helpful for the residents at night. This is not a difficult problem to resolve, why has it not been resolved?
