The road is deteriorating rapidly, all recent repairs are making it worse

The road leading to Brewery Yard has been damaged for a long time, with potholes rapidly forming and repairs just making it more bumpy as they aren’t flush with the original road. Driving along it is near impossible since it is already tight and the bumps/potholes cause the car to jolt. My grandma recently had a hip operation and cannot access her house without using this road, the condition of it makes being a passenger very uncomfortable for her. I understand the lack of funding being faced but please could this be looked into for potential patching or resurfacing? Thanks very much
