A customer at the Northumberland Dog Rescue shop tripped and almost fell today. Staff in the shop haven't noticed an issue previously.

I guess there is a plan to update the whole of the paving on Queen Street but it would be good to be given that information so people know and don't keep reporting the same issues

Thank You for your report. This does not meet the Councils criteria for a footway repair. Northumberland County Council will instruct repairs on hazardous defects once a vertical edge of ≥20mm has been met. Each report is risk assessed by our Highways Inspection team.
