Regular littering of Starbucks mugs along the same stretch of rural on Saturday am for last 3 months.

Reported via mobile in the Littering category anonymously at 10:39, Mon 3 February 2025

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7076637.

On Saturday mornings over the last 3 months 2 x Starbucks cups are regularly dropped on the road from Bolton to Hedgeley/A697 junction. I pick them up along the road as I go to get my paper around 9.30am. Always somewhere along this road a large Latte with semi skimmed milk is dropped, and about 200 mtr later a Toffee Nut Latte cup is dropped, though on Saturday it was a Pistachio Velvet Latte! They have the collection note on the cup indicating they were purchased a Alnwick Starbucks between 8.00 and 8.30am. this Saturday they were purchased at 7.59am. I have gone to Starbucks Alnwick who have provided the receipt of the purchase from the drive through, but cannot access the CCTV without authority from the Police. I went to Alnwick police station, and PC Peter Johnson referred me to yourself. I would really like to be able these regular litterers to warn/embarrass them from this anti-social behaviour. The technology is there to trace them, so I would appreciate finding them.
