Blocked drain causing major flooding on b6341 every time it rains.
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7059842.
Drain has been blocked since last year, so all floodwater from Kilnway which is channelled under road, now erupts through broken blocked drain and cascades down main B6341 road, then floods it at foot of hill just before West Hall. Then floods field east of road. Major problem every time it rains, busy road, no footpath & used by locals and walkers. Please attend to it. It is 10 yards to west of second new road sign with horse on, which was erected 1 week ago. Even those workmen commented how dangerous it was.

We will not know if it has been fixed until we get our next lot of heavy rain. I will keep you updated.

Workmen came and removed some gravel from the drain, but we will not know if the problem has been fixed until we have a spell of heavy rain/flooding.

The problem has re-occurred with rain over last week. Torrential flow of water down hill, as before, but it is emerging 10 yards further down from manhole cover, and from where workmen last did work in Feb 2025. Emerging from specific place, easy to see. Same side of road. Gathering in flood right across road at bottom of hill, which is draining to east into field. Please send someone to investigate asap.
