Huge flood, yet again

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7040162.

It really didn't rain that heavily last night, and the road has a ten metre longer ford over it. This can't be properly designed. I don't know - okay, the instructions say to 'be polite', but are we really being served here, by the people in charge of sorting these things out? Please just put some sort of drain or something in there.
