Dirty streets

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7032658.

The problem being bins at the front of some houses ,yesterday Friday 24 very high winds bin lids open in the wind rubbish flying everywhere it’s time there was a serious discussion about this blyth has a bad reputation for dirty streets rubbish etc you in the council have the authority to change this have a meeting discuss this issue try and turn this around in the area politely ask people to put bins in back gardens yards where possible to stop the dirty streets the Europeans woudnt put up with such behaviour restore some pride in the areas if not mention fining people as the last resort
