Branch landed in our front garden and broke our plant pots.

This tree has been reported previously on several occasions and we gave still not had a response. See reference number 6830744. If one of the higher branches had blown off we would now have a gaping hole in our newly replaced roof.

  • The fallen branch has been removed but I have still not been updated in writing about how the rot which caused the branch to snap off will be addressed. The man I spoke with said the council are not responsible as the land belongs to Shenstone holdings. I would like his message confirmed in writing as there is a higher more dangerous branch attached to this same area of rot.

  • Branch was removed and the tree was inspected. The branch that failed had an included union. No other issues were found when the tree was inspected.
