Mrs Bell requesting dog litter bin for the Community Garden area of Aged Miners Homes, Klondyke. to try to discourage the regular offenders from fouling in the Community Garden. Also, a notice reminding people that it is an offence, to be put on the main lamp post in the Garden area.
