Unroadworthy trailer, no number plate

This rotten trailer next to an equally rotten touring caravan have been on the highway for a significant length of time and both being significantly run down and without plates I would ask that you investigate and arrange for removal. I suspect that the caravan may be infested with vermin/ insects. With on street parking being much needed here and the detrimental image to our lovely hamlet please do something about this. I'm sure if all residents here opted for the same behaviour as these neighbours, NCC would react with enforcement and the matter would be resolved? I look forward to a prompt response and thank you for your assistance going forward.
