A Gritting Request - Roads problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6951143.

Customer has requested gritting at Low Ardley. She says the plough went round the top and sealed off the road to their property so they had to dig themselves out but the road is very icy. She says there are grit heaps on the road but no-where near them. She has carers going in and out for her son and worries for their safety. If gritting is likely to be a problem please could you let her know?? Many thanks
