Vehicle reversed into pole now leaning

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6944850.

At 12:15 on 7th January I witnessed an Avonline Networks vehicle reverse into this post so it is now not straight. I have a picture of the vehicle including its registration and the two employees if needed. They were aware of the impact as they got out to look. This area is also not for vehicles so unsure whether they should have been there.
