Tree roots causing paving slabs to be raised , causing a tripping hazard for the old couple living at 30 lanercost Park there in there late 80s and the lady has mobility problems, I've seen them struggling and nearly falling over after getting out of their car, she has a wheel chair and uses a walking stick.
