A Surface Condition problem has been found by Northumberland County Council clive wishes a call back as there is a surface water issue in springwood swarland .. issue is in wet weather water is coming up from under number 1 gateway.. water table rises and northumbrian water say its not a pipe issue... however this is now freezing and a hazard. can you contact him as this needs to be investigated.
