Christmas light - penguin and parcel is missing

Sent to Northumberland County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6880927.

The penguin Christmas light has been missing for a few days....maybe blown down by the wind. My granddaughter designed it and we would be very grateful to know where it is and whether it can be put back up for Christmas. Thank you very much.
