Tree 2250 has ash dieback

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6872349.

Poor. Arises at top of roadside embankment. Bole obscured by ivy. Long bowing limbs lean towards road. Sparse canopy due to well established ash die-back disease. Tree in decline. Tree is on the highway side.
