White lines in road almost none existent

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6855053.

The road markings are none existent also the cats eyes are worn away which is very dangerous on an unlit road with a national speed limit. Made more dangerous with all the very wet weather we have been experiencing lately. Surely the council can see these white lines need re painting and shouldn't need the public to do their job for them of reporting this dangerous problem
