You have claimed monthly after month to have fixed this. It is very much STILL NOT FIXED. The photos attached are from last night. Who is responsible? I now want to make an official complaint about this it is an absolute joke. Do your job!

  • Thank you for your report. The lantern on this unit has failed and we are determining whether we can replace just the lantern or whether the whole wall mounted unit needs to be replaced. We are programmed to attend site tomorrow.

  • Why do you lie? You said it was working. Now you say you have all of the above to do? Yet previously you said it worked then oh no it needs a bracket yh we have fixed it now suddenly with out a visit you think it needs the work above. You marked it as fixed! Call me please.
