Tree overhanging garden, affecting light & space

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6761483.

I am in the process of purchasing this property & would like to know who is responsible/owns the tree/hedgeway to the front of the property including the very large tree which takes a lot of light & space in the front garden? Would permission be required to cut this tree/hedge back? Many thanks Deborah Ramsdale

    I didn’t receive a reply to the e mail with photos but have since identified who is responsible for the tree & hedgerow and taken the matter up with them. However there is a salt container right in front of my front garden that I would request is moved to the corner,
