Footpath obstruction, Flammable materials stored on green in front of drive, untaxed car also on green and obstructing footpath access, waste bin permanently obstructing footpath and owners taxed vehicles parking on footpath. The premises 23 Magdalene fields is a private dwelling not a licencsed car dealers or scrapyard.

I have spoken to the resident at no.23 today and advised him that the untaxed vehicles should not be on public roads, nor should the vehicles be partly parked on the footway. I will be back tomorrow to check that the pallets have been removed as promised.
