Work on crossing and disability surface unfinished

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6751411.

For many months this patch of pavement has been fenced off. This is because work has been started but not finished. Persimmon AGAIN. In order to walk along the path you have to step out into the road. This is very dangerous. Also with street lights out, pedestrian islands unlit, bus stops fenced off and the terrible road surface outside Hauxley Grange estate something must be done.
