Fallen trees obstructing path

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6751296.

There are multiple fallen trees lying across the right of way through this woodland section of the footpath. These have been here for some time by the looks of them and it is difficult to follow the line of the path or find a route through. Could the owner be asked to at least use a chain saw to cut gaps through the fallen trees where they lie across the path please.
