4 cases of dog feces being left on the football pitches so far this month alone.

Albeit there is a dog park not too far away from the Ann Welfare football pitches, the dog walkers are still using our pitch areas as a dog pen and are allowing dogs to foul on the pitches and are not picking up the dog waste. This is becoming a major health concern yet again because we have kids that have slid on the pitch and ended up with dog muck on them and their playing kit. It ceases to amaze me that all though theres is plenty of space for the dog walker to walk around the perimeter fences / pitches, however they seem to want to let the dogs loose on the actual pitches and use the area as a dog pen so their dogs don't run away? and in doing so not only do they not care about the health risks to kids, they also seem to think it's acceptable to use wire cutters and make holes in the perimeter fence to give their dogs easier access, obviously in doing all of the above they're not picking up after their dogs. It has also been noted that some dog walking businesses are using our pitches as a secure pen to exercise their clients pets. This is has been an ongoing issues for years now and it seems as if the issue never gets resolved.
