Litter bin FULL of dog poo!

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6702087.

This "open" litter bin is situated "inside" the fenced boundary of a playpark but just within easy reach of dog walkers to plonk their dog waste into! The ultimate health hazard for a children's playpark. May I suggest the open bin be moved away from the boundary and a "closed" dog poo bin erected outside the said playpark. No photos as I was on a bus at the time.
