Large raised crack in pavement

This crack in the pavement is dangerous, when out walking my dog I tripped on it and fell and ended up being taken to hospital in an ambulance. Although I didn’t break any bones I have seriously pulled the muscles down my right side, meaning I cannot walk without assistance. Therefore I have been unable to go to work which means I don’t get paid, this in turn causes financial hardship!
