Road signs left on path. Dry cement left in road

Hi, I reported this issue to contractors Kiely Bros on 01 Nov. They responded to say that they had forwarded the information to their contracts manager but it is now 05 Nov. And they have not dealt with the matter. In addition to the dry cement they have dumped outside of Rose Cottage (and by the church) there are also road signs left on the path outside the pub which is a trip hazard and other signs have been dumped on the grass by the Pant to the west of Box Cottage. Furthermore, the work carried out by Kiely Bros by coating the path in a thin layer of tar appears to serve no useful purpose and has glued fallen leaves to the path. I do hope that you can get Kiely Bros to tidy up their mess and or issue them with a significant fine for fly tipping.
