Council cut down tree and left stump which is now crumbling badly , major trip hazard of bits on pavement and debris on road for cars.Please look at skinny tree opposite to, this was the replacement and now too tall and hitting phone wires .

Please can you remove the majority of this crumbling stump as major hazard to pavement and road as bits of wood everywhere.Please can you look at skinny tree opposite as too tall and hitting phone wires

Please have another go at the stump , as bits are blocking my drains and cause debris on path which is a trip hazard . Also talk skinny tree branches are constantly snapping in high winds and causing debris on road . Many thanks .
