The Prime Contractor --S--N C--Y is totally irresponsible TEN years residents have had to tolerate the dire poor control of work --the NOISE POLLUTION ,THE DAMAGE TO THE ROAD -THE FOOTPATH due to Heavy Plant Machinery and Waggons High Volumes of Contarcor Vans parked along the Highway create a Hazard and many near misses occur due to traffic passing and not seen before residents try to exit their homes WHEN--WHEN will this be completed Mr C--Y?? HSE has been consulted --wrt CONTROL OF THE SITE and CONTROL OF WORK -VEHICLES REVERSING ONTO THE HIGHWAY WITHOUT CORRECT SUPERVISION GET IT SORTED

Its c10 Years we have been subjected to the inconsiderate prime contractor SC -development to the North of 82 and it is STILL ongoing HAZARDOUS operations with little/zero CONTROL orSUPERVISION of the site access and egress by HEAVY PLANT/MACHINERY -some REVERSING onto the Highway without any appointed banksman The high density of Contractors vans and vehicle parked from c0730->2000 DAILY obstruct safe vision splays for residents egressing their Homes --and MANY neear misses /accidents with traffic using the road NOBODY SEEMS INTERESTED IN ENFORCING ANY CONTROLS --WILL IT TAKE A FATAL RTA BEFORE ANY ACTION IS TAKEN???
