Constant dog fouling

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6657435.

The owner of two Staffordshire Bull Terriers who live at possibly number 7 Farm View Houses is letting their dogs out for the toilet and not picking up after them. We have already had this trodden into the building and today there is a large dog faeces at the entrance to our building. I have reviewed CCTV and can see it is their dog. I have caught him before while the dog was going to the toilet and he walked away and I asked him to pick it up. But if you are not there when it happens he wont pick it up.
