Hello. I am writing after not been able to walk through a passage on the estate or access the back gate. The brown bin is not anyone of the rsidents and i have tried to move it but it has too much weight in it.it has now been there for at least 4 months maybe longer. more worringly is that bonfire night is quickly approaching and a stray firework or even someone discarded cigarette etc could lead to a major fire incident. this is also a regular event this time of year as the little roadsweeper no longer comes around the estate. if possible could I reciever anemail confirming my concerns for my insurance records incase anything does occur. thanks in advance Dave

They came and swept leaves back on to playing fields so within 72 hours most had returned and also swept them around corner just to cause mess on street. All it would take for the little road sweeper that used to come around occasionally to cure problem, or maybe take leaves away next time. they left the bin butluckily someone on bonfire must have removed it to another location or it went up in smoke. I had to bag most of them away and throw in own bin.
