Restricted byway completely blocked be several large fallen trees

A large tree has fallen across the restricted byway some time ago. The nature of the location means the only way to pass is by crawling underneath the large fallen tree trunk - there is no alternative around the tree due to the terrain and other fallen trees. It is not possible for those with restricted movement nor those on horseback to get past the tree - effectively closing the route.
