Vehicles regularly park on Hartford Rd East between Nether Riggs and Swinside Gdns making it impossible to obtain a safe view to exit Nether Riggs. These vehicles are parked in an area where traffic calming reduces the road width and often park partly on the pavement making the visibility to the south almost nonexistant. There needs to be a parking restriction on this entire length of road to prevent all vehicles from parking in the area and obstructing the view from the junction.
