Unable to park EV for charging.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6560574.

Turned up at the Asmara for a meal at 8PM on Saturday evening planning to charge the car whilst in the restaurant but found all EV charger spaces full of non-EV vehicle's. I will not be using the Asmara again until this problem is fixed.
