Tall trees near property

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6541830.

These trees have out grown the space and are blocking light out to my garden and house and next door they need lowering in hight and width. They are very moveable in windy weather and would do damage to my property if they blow over as they are on raised ground above my house. Would be willing to correct this problem if allowed myself.
