Door to fuse cutout lying on floor. I had reattached it to the column but havent got a key to secure it.

Please can a street lighting engineer attend to tighten the service door bolt. Not a major hazard to the general public as I have reattached the door to column (I'm an electrician), therefore there are no electrics exposed to the public or the elements
