Tree over hanging both garages and now touching roof of my house. Garage foundations affected - garage leaning, gap between garages

The subsidence of the garages has been worsening for the seven years I’ve lived here. I have more photos to show the walls of garages have now been pulled sideways so the door doesn’t fit, there was a huge gap of four inches appeared between the two garages, the paving slabs on the drive have been affected. Tree is causing subsidence of garages, new cracks have appeared in my home, and tree now so wide is also touching the roof of my house as well as overhanging both garages . Needs urgent attention.
