Abandoned car in Layby

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6441321.

Car has been abandoned in Layby at the entrance of the estate for around 11 weeks with no signs of the owner making any attempt to recover vehicle. Vehicle details are SD08SYO, Black Seat Leon
