Drain cover and collar loose

The drain cover behind the showers in new delaval park is loose and the collar holding the cover is also loose ,,keeps getting removed by a gang of children becoming a serious hazard to small children and animals , it has been reported to staff previously several weeks ago but was off again this morning ,needs collar sealing in place and a lock on drain cover,,,,,,,,,thankyou
