Pavement continualy blocked by caravan, bins, cycles and kids toys.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6383003.

The family at 2 and 3 north view ( same family) have a disused caravan that blocks the path and encroaches on the road plus the gap between the caravan and the garden wall is always full as they store there bins there and kids toys and bikes. This is a long term problem as there was previously a scrap boat parked there. The same family is also responsible for the fly tipping in an other report in this area.
