Lights out of timing

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6356284.

Light sequence is only allowing 2 or 3 vehicles out from B1326, traffick is backing up to hospital causing ambulances to take excessive risks when going to an emergency. This is just in last 2 days
