This area behind my home (not my property) has long grass and blackberry shrubs which are literally growing into my garden. They are over my shed. This has been reported before with no outcome. T has been like this for 5+years. Noone has been to cut grass or shrubs. I can't let my children in the back garden as shrubs are too thick and long.
