Consistent parking which blocks access. This has been happening for several months to a year now, and has progressively got worse over the last few months. Back land can sometimes be blocked at both ends and cars also parked in the lane, completely blocking access. Main concern is blocked access for emergency vehicles i.e. fire brigade if there was any issues. Persistent problems for refuge trucks and personal access to the main back lane.

Spill over from on street parking an issue - Fenwick grove, Olympia gardens, Hood street and Morrison road are key areas which need to be resolved promptly. Suggested parking restrictions/permits.
