No grass cutting at all so far this year

Hello. In the area next to Locarno Place, there has been no grass cutting whatsoever this year in the communal areas. The grass was over 3ft high before residents dealt with it themselves a couple of months ago. Still, no one from the Council has been out to cut grass since then. When will this be done? I'm going to do the area immediately outside of my house now. However, I pay £250 a month in Council Tax and I don't see why I should when I'm paying for a service I don't get.
