A Request Timing Review problem has been found

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6322194.

Customer has had a notice today to advise the timing has been fixed but it has not been , says problem remains and is asking if we can please call him to advise?

Please can we look into the timing of these traffic lights as they are out of synchronisation and need to be looked at for cars to clearly see the lights when pulling out.

Please can we call customer to advise? Thanks
