Too many dog owners, not picking up their dog mess

I live at 195,this photo was taken today outside 195 Newfields, Im fed up of people and dogs walking over my garden, dogs messing on my lawn, I picked up dog mess the other day off the pavement, then I was out for a walk and came across this dog mess, Right beside the bin, this has to be stopped, as children go up and down the path all day to go to the park and field, once I saw an owner on their phone, their dog messed on the grass and he never even noticed, head in his phone, I think dogs should be on leads until they get onto the field, it would help with dogs messing where they like, I can't put any signs up on my grass etc, because I'll probably get a brick through my window, I love dogs I have one myself, it's not the dogs faults it's the owners, I've picked up a few of the messes, but it's not nice, and not fair on responsible dog owners.
