The pedestrian crossing from the park to central chambers across Beaumont street does not have dropped kerbs.

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 11:08, Sunday 4 August 2024

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6313417.

The foot way is paving slabs with dimpled slabs for blind people. The kerb onto the road is not dropped. It is over 2in high which is the clearance of a mobility scooter. My husbands scooter got stuck here today with part on the road.A passing driver helped us or there could have been an accident. The kerb outside the park is the worst.Basically you get into the road and can’t get off at the other side.
