Rats in 7 Juliet Street

The occupiers of 7 Juliet Street are discarding all their rubbish into the backyard, this is now spilling out into the back lane. I have seen rats scurrying around the discarded black bags tearing into them to get the food waste. The yard stinks of rotten waste.

  • I have had no response since registering this problem nearly a month ago. The yard is in a worse state now with bin bags burst open and their rotten contents spilling out. There is a ever presence of rats and other vermin in the yard/lane
